ASHLAND — Police were led on a chase Saturday morning through a part of Schuylkill County that ended in an arrest.
Ashland police said Brian McGinley, 29, of Ashland, sped past police on Hoffman Boulevard around 8:50 a.m.
McGinley was chased by police on Route 61 in Ashland until stopping at his home on North 19th Street. He was arrested and hit with several charges including DUI and reckless driving.
Police said McGinley admitted to being on marijuana, Xanax, methamphetamine and Adderall. Officers believe he may have been on bath salts.
