SCRANTON — A man is behind bars in Lackawanna County after cops say he groped five young girls at a public pool.
Officers arrested Paul Dailey, 49, from Scranton last Friday.
Police say a camp counselor saw Dailey touching children as they stood in line for a water slide at Nay Aug Park.
Cops were able to nab the man before he could run.
Dailey faces five counts of indecent assault.
