GREENFIELD TOWNSHIP — A fire that destroyed a barn in Lackawanna County is under investigation.
Flames scorched the barn on Bell Mountain Road in Greenfield Township, outside Carbondale, around 2 p.m. Thursday.
Officials said there was hay and equipment in the barn.
A fire marshal will investigate the cause.
