DUNMORE — PennDOT said part of the North Scranton Expressway will be closed after midnight tonight so crews can install an overhead sign.
The closure will affect drivers right where the expressway meets Interstate 81.
PennDOT estimates the expressway will be closed for about 45 minutes.
