EAST STROUDSBURG — A man faces several charges for using a classified ads website to try to meet women and give them marijuana, according to investigators in Monroe County.
Authorities arrested Brian Ryder Tuesday. It’s the second time Ryder was picked up. In June, police say he was found with drugs and drug paraphernalia.
This time, Ryder allegedly sent an e-mail to an undercover agent through craigslist.com indicating he had drugs but wanted to meet first.
Ryder is out on bail.
