There was another huge development Thursday in the Jerry Sandusky sex abuse scandal.

Attorneys for so-called "Victim Two" released voice mails from Sandusky to the young man.

Until now, it was thought no one except Sandusky and Victim Two knew who he was.

Those attorneys have been representing other Sandusky victims including a few who testified at trial.

They said Victim Two is their client as well, and the young man is ready to sue Penn State and others.

Now we get to hear Sandusky in his own words, apparently reaching out to the young man as investigators were preparing to charge the former Penn State coach with those heinous crimes.

"Um. I am probably not going to be able to get a hold of anybody," said Sandusky on the recording.

The voicemails were left in September of 2011, according to attorneys for so-called victim two who was a boy when Sandusky abused him sexually.

"Probably ought to just go forward. Uh. I would be very firm and express my feelings, uh, upfront. Um. But, uh, you know, there is nothing really to hide so," said Sandusky. "Alright, take care. Love you. Uh. Hope you get this message. Thanks."

Even without Victim Two coming forward, Sandusky was convicted of assaulting him in the locker room shower at Penn State University thanks to the testimony of Mike McQueary.

Attorneys point to the voice mails which were left within one week of one another as evidence that Sandusky was trying to "exert control over our client even as his arrest for child sexual abuse became imminent."

Lawyers with Ross Feller Casey, LLP out of Philadelphia said there were numerous voice mails from Sandusky to the young man in the lead up to the former coach's arrest, like this one:

"Just calling to see you know whether you had any interest in going to the Penn State game this Saturday. Uh. If you could get back to me and let me know, uh, I would appreciate it and when you get this message, uh, give me a call and I hope to talk to you later. Thanks. I love you," said Sandusky.

Both messages end with "love you."

Victim Two's attorneys said their client was abused over many years before and after the 2001 incident McQueary witnessed.

They plan on suing Penn State University and others, saying they intend to "hold them accountable for the egregious and reckless conduct that facilitated the horrific abuse our client suffered."

Those attorneys would not say when the man came forward, if it was after Sandusky's criminal trial or before.

Of course, the charges related to this particular victim led to the firing of the late Joe Paterno and charges against two top Penn State officials last year.

Both Gary Schultz (former PSU VP of Finance) and Tim Curley (Athletic Director, on leave) await trial in Dauphin County.
