SUNBURY — A man and a three-year-old child were killed in a crash in Northumberland County.
The wreck happened around 8 p.m. Tuesday on the Veterans Memorial Bridge near Sunbury.
State police said the child was riding in a car driven by Kirk Mahaffey, 22, from Northumberland when it was hit by another vehicle coming the other way.
The man and child died at the hospital.
