EXETER TOWNSHIP — A body found in Luzerne County is believed to be that of a man who went missing Wednesday in the Susquehanna River.
Authorities said the victim was attending a Fourth of July celebration in Exeter Township when he entered the water and never resurfaced.
Investigators said the man’s body was found not too far from where he entered the river.
The victim’s name has not been released.
