HKQ Kids Helmet Giveaway

The Kingston based law firm Hourigan, Kluger & Quinn will hold its fifth annual bicycle helmet giveaway on July 4.  It’ll take place in Luzerne County’s Kirby Park from 11 a.m. – 7 p.m.  For more information on the free program, click here.
