HKQ Kids: Helmet Giveaway And Tune Up Tips

“HKQ Kids,” a children’s advocacy foundation with the Kingston law firm “Hourigan, Kluger, & Quinn,” is preparing for its fifth annual bicycle helmet giveaway.  The event takes place in Kirby Park in the Wilkes-Barre area on July 4 from 11 a.m. – 7 p.m.  Watch this clip for details and tips to tune up your bike before making that two wheel trek.
