NEWTON TOWNSHIP — Flames destroyed a home in Lackawanna County on Sunday, and it’s being called arson.
The fire on Richard Road in Newton Township started around 5:30 a.m.
Five people live in the home. Three of them were home at the time. Everyone got out safely.
A fire marshal said it’s a case of arson.
