Four People Hurt in Crash

PITTSTON — Four people were taken to the hospital after a car crash Saturday morning in Luzerne County.

State police said a car flipped on Interstate 81 south near Pittston around 5:30 a.m.

The car landed in a wooded area off the highway.  Authorities said at least one person was seriously injured.

Traffic was down to one lane during the investigation. 

Troopers believe the crash was speed related.
