Armed Man Arrested After Fight

HAZLETON — A man was taken into custody Friday morning by Luzerne County police after officers said he pointed a gun at another man and then assaulted him.

Police said Anthony Lobello pointed a handgun at the head of a 23-year-old man outside the Home Court Sports Bar around 1:00 a.m.

According to police, Lobello then punched the man in the face then pointed the gun at two of victims friends.

Lobello faces charges including reckless endangerment and simple assault.
