ORWIGSBURG — A man pleaded guilty on Monday for robbing a bank in Schuylkill County.
Orlando Velez, 24, of Reading, pleaded guilty on charges for his involvement in the armed heist of Union Bank and Trust near Orwigsburg in April, 2011.
Velez was the last of three men to issue a guilty plea.
Justin Smith, 21 and Quamaine Tisdale, 23, also from Reading pleaded guilty on Tuesday, June 19th, for their participation in the armed robbery.
Smith, Tisdale, and Velez face up to 25 years in prison.
