SCRANTON — Scranton police say the man seen in surveillance pictures faces burglary and theft charges.
Authorities tell us Albert Garren, 39, from Olyphant, who was already wanted on assault charges, was picked up late Friday night.
Police believe he stole a credit card in North Scranton last week and used it to buy food at the Giant store in Dickson City.
The woman in the picture told police she had no idea the card was stolen.
