PLAINS TOWNSHIP — Police in Luzerne County are looking for the man who robbed the owner of a jewelry store.
The armed robbery happened around 9 p.m. Sunday at A-1 Gold and Diamonds on Route 315 in Plains Township.
The owner was going to his car when a man wearing a plastic mask stopped him, flashed a gun, and made off with a bag of coins and gold, according to police.
The owner believes the robber left in a gray Ford Mustang.
