SHENANDOAH — A six-year-old girl from Shenandoah was flown to a trauma center after she fell 30 feet out a window.
Police said the fall happened Saturday around 7 p.m. at an apartment building on Centre Street in Shenandoah.
The window led to a small open area between two buildings, and there was no way to access the child except through the windows that led to the opening according to police.
The child’s stepfather used a cord to get her back up.
She was then flown to a trauma center.
There is no word on her condition.
