Guilt Plea In Schuylkill County Arsons

AUBURN — A former volunteer firefighter is headed to prison after admitting to torching two buildings in Schuylkill County.

David Berk, 19, admitted Wednesday that he set fire to a porch and garage in Auburn in February.

Schuylkill County Judge Charles Miller sentenced Berk to two to four years in state prison. He must also pay over $32,000 in restitution.
