Man Dies After Being Pinned Between Vehicles

In Carbon County, a man died after he was crushed by two cars Sunday.

It happened around 7 a.m. on Bear Creek Drive near Jim Thorpe.

According to the coroner, Brian McCorriston, 59, and a neighbor were trying to get McCorriston’s car out of a ditch when he became pinned between the vehicles.

McCorriston died at the hospital.
