A man was killed in a Saturday night motorcycle crash in Clinton County.
State police identify the victim as 41 year old Keith Quiggle of Mill Hall.
They say Quiggle was killed just after 9:00 p.m. when he was traveling on the on ramp to Route 220 south from Paul Mack Boulevard in Lock Haven. Quiggle failed to negotiate a curve. He lost control of his motorcycle and it flipped in the grass median.
State police add Quiggle was not wearing a helmet.
