The judge in the Jerry Sandusky sex abuse trial announced Friday that court will resume Monday at 9 a.m.  The prosecution is expected to rest on Monday morning.  The defense then takes over to present its case.  Defense attorney Joe Amendola hinted during opening statements Monday that Jerry Sandusky himself may take the stand.

The prosecution called 8 alleged victims to the stand and 20 witnesses in all during the first week of testimony.  While Newswatch 16 has provided updates in all of our newscasts this week, there is much more extensive coverage of the trial available here on wnep.com.
