State Police say a man from Clinton County faces charges after he pointed a gun at a pizza delivery man.
It happened Tuesday night at a home in Sagamore Hills on West Cardinal Drive near Lock Haven.
According to investigators, Jason Smith of Pine Creek Township ordered a pizza, and when the delivery man arrived with the food, Smith pulled out a gun.
No injuries were reported.
State Police say charges are pending.
