Man Arrested on Rape Charges

Police in Edwardsville arrested a man on rape charges.

Investigators say 22-year-old Reinaldo Herrera-Ferrer of Edwardsville raped a juvenile female at his apartment on May 31st.

He is facing assault and rape charges.

Herrera-Ferrer is locked up in the Luzerne County Prison.
