A woman from Luzerne County learned her fate for the shooting death of her boyfriend.
A judge in Luzerne County sentenced Kathleen Jordan of Pringle to 14 to 28 years in prison.
Jordan admitted she shot and killed Milo Reilly in March, 2011 at a home they shared together in Pringle.
Officers found Reilly’s body wrapped in a mattress pad and then wrapped in sheets on the floor of their home on Valley View Drive.
Records show the couple had a history of domestic violence.
Jordan pleaded guilty in March to third-degree murder.
A judge in Luzerne County formally sentenced a convicted murderer Tuesday to life behind bars with no possibility of parole.
In March, a jury found Arthur Stoss of Pittston Township guilty of first-degree murder for the death of a woman from Pittston.
Stoss was convicted of killing Lillian Calabro in March, 2011 and dumping her body in the Susquehanna River.
Stoss and Calabro were seen leaving a bar in Pittston together March 11, 2011. That was the last time she was seen. Her body was found nine days later.
