Sandusky’s Judge Denies Motion, Trial to Begin Monday

The judge presiding over the Jerry Sandusky child sex abuse case Friday denied motions made by the defense to dismiss several charges.

The ruling means the child sex abuse charges involving all 10 alleged victims will go forward.

Opening statements in Sandusky’s trial are set to begin Monday morning in Centre County court.
