NEPA Kids Fit For Life

Call it a one stop fitness shop of sorts for kids!  This free function will happen on Courthouse Square in Scranton this Sunday from 1 – 5 p.m.   It’s called “NEPA Kids Fit For Life.” The free event features a variety of interactive activities for youngsters including Yoga, Zumba, CrossFit, Martial Arts, cooking demos from Wegmans, and other entertainment.  For more information, click here.
