The corruption trial for Former State Senator Ray Musto has been postponed.
Last month attorneys for the 83-year-old former senator filed a motion stating he is not healthy enough to stand trial.
According to the motion, Musto is suffering from a form of liver disease and any complications could be fatal.
Musto was scheduled to stand trial on June 4 on charges he took tens of thousands of dollars in bribes.
The trial has now been postponed until October.
