The 3rd annual "Arts On Fire Festival" kicks off this weekend at the Scranton Iron Furnaces.  The historic facility is a former iron foundry from the 1840s where many of the early immigrants to Scranton worked.  The place shutdown around 1902.  To celebrate the iron industry and our area's history, a three-day event is on tap in this part of Lackawanna County.  A fundraiser kicks things off Friday as part of the First Friday celebrations in the Electric City.  The free family activities take place Saturday from 11 a.m. - 7 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. - 5 p.m.
