Crews continue to fix roads damaged by flash floods over the weekend.

Some areas received several inches of rain in a very short amount of time.

There is still some mud inside Rohrbach's Farm Market near Catawissa. Water and mud filled the inside of the store during Sunday night's storm.

"Part of the market had a lot of water and mud in it so we had to get it cleaned up right away," said Ron Rorhbach.

He owns the store in Columbia County. He said Sunday's storm was fierce and dropped six inches of rain in two hours.  Rohrbach said people were stranded in his parking lot and asked if they could help his staff clean up.

"We said well sure. There were four or five of them that came through the door. We gave them mops, buckets, newspapers and a Shop-Vac and they went to work cleaning up," Rohrbach added.

He said his fruit crops were not damaged, but some other crops will need to be replanted and the rain continues to affect his business in other ways.

Route 487 runs right outside Rohrbach's near Catawissa and has been closed since Sunday night because of the storm.  Rohrbach said that has made it hard for customers to get to his business.

"We would have normally had a pretty good day and we basically lost that whole day. We only stayed open for a couple of hours and we had a couple of people in but not enough to really stay with it," Rohrbach said.

He added the biggest concern now is more storms.

"We're just hoping and praying that we do not see hail. That would be the most devastating thing for us right now. At the stage the fruit is at, we could get damage," said Rohrbach.

PennDOT crews have been fixing that stretch of roadway on Route 487.  A spokesperson for PennDOT said it should be fixed by the middle of the week.
