$1 Million Powerball Ticket Sold in Shamokin

There is a new millionaire in Northumberland County.

A Powerball ticket worth $1 million was sold Saturday at the Turkey Hill store on West Lincoln Street in Shamokin.

The store owner will receive a $5,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.

The name of the person holding the winning ticket has not yet been released.
