A man in Monroe County faces child sex charges.
Brandon Blue of Tobyhanna was arrested Monday.
Police said Blue is responsible for sexually abusing two girls in New Jersey and Pennsylvania beginning when the girls were seven and nine years old.
Blue faces rape and related crimes.
He is locked up in the Monroe County Correctional Facility.
