The mother of a former Clinton County commissioner was found guilty of conspiracy Tuesday in the theft of $100,000 from the Lock Haven YMCA.

A jury deliberated about a half hour before finding Kimberly Coleman guilty of all charges against her.

Prosecutors said Coleman, her son, former county commissioner Adam Coleman, and former YMCA executive director Jeremiah Clark schemed to steal the money from the “Y.”

Clark pleaded guilty to theft charges in March and was sentenced to at least 11 and a half months in jail and was ordered to pay restitution.

Adam Coleman is expected to go to trial in July on theft charges.

Kimberly Coleman will be sentenced at a later date.
