CrossFit is an intense workout routine used by thousands worldwide to get in shape. This week, I decided to give the hard core workout a try at NEPA CrossFit in Wilkes Barre. From lifting weights, to doing push ups, pull ups and squats, this timed workout was one of the most grueling workouts I have ever put my body through, but, it was worth it. Head Coach Brennan Morton taught me correct technique for the various exercises and made sure that I could get through the day successfully. It was tough, but worth it, and a great way to get fit!
