Court officials in Bradford County said Tuesday a double murder trial has been postponed indefinitely.
Last month a judge postponed jury selection ir order to determine if John DeSisti was competent to stand trial.
DeSisti is accused of killing prominent attorney David Keeffe and his wife, Carol, at their home near Athens in 2006.
Attorneys for the defense and prosecution are expected to reach some sort of agreement Tuesday on the next step in the double murder trial.
