Charges Withdrawn in Assault, Robbery Case

Charges against a man from Schuylkill Haven were withdrawn Friday in Schuylkill County.

Nikolis Chyat was arrested last month and charged with beating a man and robbing him. It allegedly happened near Martins Road and Birdshill Road near Pine Grove.

The victim identified his attacker as Chyat.

At a preliminary hearing Friday all charges against Chyat were withdrawn.
