Cake Challenge: Around the World

The Radisson Hotel in Scranton, set the stage for the Great Chefs XXII Cake Challenge, where cakes artist compete for the most incredible confectionery creation.  This year’s theme was” Around the World.”  Some of the entries included Magellan’s Ship, the Arc deTriomphe in Paris, and a Japanese Garden all done in cake.  The challenge is all part of an annual  fundraiser for the Women’s Resource Center in Scranton.
