A company that transports waste products of the natural gas drilling industry will have to pay for some illegal dumping in Bradford County.
The PA Department of Environmental Protection fined RW Products more than $21,000 for dumping 800 gallons of waste drilling mud in state game lands in December, 2011.
The truck driver, Josh Foster, pleaded guilty to dumping the mud off Raegan Hill Road near Warren Center. He is expected to be sentenced later this month.
