A police chase ended in a crash and a power outage for nearly 3,500 homes and businesses in Luzerne County.
The chase started after midnight Wednesday in Larksville when an officer tried to make a traffic stop and the driver took off, according to officials.
The chase ended on South Main Street in Hanover Township.
Police tell Newswatch 16 the fleeing car clipped a guide line to a utility pole and rolled into the front lawn of a church.
Authorities said all four inside he car ran after the crash. Three of them were caught and police said they do not plan to charge them.
Police plan to charge the driver, Robert Tyson, 42, of Wilkes-Barre.
Tyson is still on the loose.
Power has been restored.
