The non-profit organization known for helping people in tough times is facing some tough times of its own. The American Red Cross has seen an increase in disaster relief efforts in our area. Since January 1, workers say the non-profit group has responded to more than 110 fires in Northeastern & Central Pennsylvania. The emergencies have depleted some of the disaster resources.
