A thief with a knife got away with cash from a mini-mart in Luzerne County.
It happened around 2 a.m. Friday at the Sheetz on Route 309 in Wilkes-Barre, according to dispatchers.
Authorities said the man took off on foot after stealing cash from the register.
Both Wilkes-Barre police and Wilkes-Barre Township officers searched the area.
There is no word on how much was stolen.
