The case against a man accused of attacking a Wilkes-Barre high school freshman with a machete is going to court.
A district judge Thursday determined there is enough evidence against Juan Borbon to send the case to trial.
Police said he nearly cut off Marquis Allen’s hand during a fight outside GAR High School in Wilkes-Barre in February.
