A foot doctor in Lackawanna County must now attend domestic violence counseling as part of his punishment.
Dr. Elmo Baldassair pleaded guilty Wednesday to a harassment charge. Other charges against him were withdrawn.
The trouble happened last month when Baldassari got into a fight with his girlfriend at his home in Dunmore.
