A man with a knife got away with more than $700 in an early morning robbery in Carbon County.
Police were called about 2:30 a.m. to the Convenient Food Mart in the 600 block of Delaware Avenue in Palmerton.
Investigators said the man had a dark bandanna over his face and threatened the clerk with a folding knife with a black handle and a black blade. He was wearing a black sweat shirt with “Adidas” written on the front in white or gray letters.
The clerk was not hurt.
