A woman charged with driving while high on the synthetic drug known as bath salts with her children in the car is out of jail.
Donna Zilla of Dunmore pleaded guilty last month to reckless endangerment. She was arrested in March, 2011.
A judge Monday sentenced Zilla to one to two years in jail, but she got credit for time served and was released.
