A man from Lycoming County is accused of flashing children while driving in Lycoming County.
State police said Corey Tillotson, 44, of Williamsport exposed himself and made obscene gestures to children while driving on I-180 near Montoursville last month.
Tillotson is charged with corruption of minors.
