Utility crews are still trying to restore service to about 300 homes and businesses in Bradford, Tioga and Potter counties after the overnight snow.
Some areas of the northern tier got about six inches or more of now, causing tree limbs to fall onto power lines and knocking out service to more than 1,400 homes and businesses.
According to a spokesperson for Tri-County Rural Electric Cooperative, by late Monday afternoon most of the outages are in western Bradford and eastern Tioga counties.
Company officials hope to have all power restored by late Monday night, as long as no more snow falls.
