A man from Luzerne County is accused of using a computer to lure a teenage girl to have sex with him.
The teenage girl was actually an investigator with the Attorney General’s Child Predator Unit.
Investigators Friday arrested Vincent D’Angola of White Haven. They said he sent the girl several nude pictures, explicit web videos and offered to teach her about sex.
D’Angola is charged with unlawful contact with a minor and criminal use of a communication facility.
He is free on bail.
