Tunkhannock pitcher Chase Knott cruised thru the first inning on Monday afternoon against Wilkes-Barre Coughlin.

His counterpart Josh Featherman did the same in the bottom of the first inning for against the Tigers striking out Rich Condeelis.

Tunkhannock's base running mistake in the second inning took them out of a rally.

In the third inning the Crusaders capitalized with several big hits. Dom Gulius started the scoring with his single making it 1-0 Coughlin. Kyle Lupas then doubled in three more runs adding to the lead and making it 4-0.

Tunkhannock broke thru with their first run of the game on the Zach Saylor single to left field. Coughlin still had the advantage 4-1.

Featherman put two men on in the seventh but got two big strikeouts to end the game.

Josh Featherman gave up seven hits on the afternoon and one run (unearned) and struck out 14 tiger batters.

Coughlin wins the game 4-1 over the state runner-up from 2011.
