An explosion at a natural gas compressor station last month in Susquehanna County is now blamed on worker error.
In a report to the state DEP, the company that runs the compressor station near Springville said a miscommunication during maintenance led to a gas leak.
Williams Field Services said that leak filled the building with gas which exploded.
The company said it has changed its maintenance procedures and retraining workers following the blast.
