Police in Lackawanna County hope a photograph will lead to an arrest.
The photo shows a man in a green shirt wanted for a theft that happened Thursday at Kmart on Birney Avenue in Moosic.
Police did not say what the man took.
Anyone with information about the theft is asked to call Moosic police through the Lackawanna County Communications Center at 570-342-9111.
